Everything was very comfortable from staff, who were smart, to the charming location. Location close to - the centre of Toronto and restaurants in The Village. It was also just a walk down to church street. Appreciated our stay at this brilliant hotel, it was outstanding.

I liked the hotel. It was neat, staff were absolutely exceptional. They made my stay best. Glorious view, a spacious balcony, extremely comfy bed, too. The exceptionally good breakfast had a huge variety of meals and the food I tasted was yummy.
That air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Nothing too much trouble, I had a fairly nice stay. Comfortable decor, very very friendly staff, very comfy bed. My superior queen room had a safe box, a fireplace and central heating. Exceptionally good hotel, 0.5 km from Billy Bishop Toronto City airport.

exceptionally comfortable, very neat room and loyal staff, fine wi-fi. hotel was fairly clean. a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets were available there. it was a very nice stay, you could leave a car nearby. could use their free parking.

I had a PLEASANT stay, thank you so much! The bed was really comfy and it was great having a safe box, a stone fireplace and a work desk. Apart from that, a long-standing multilevel urban mall was 5 minutes away by driving.
