Everything was very clean, excellent staff, stunning location next to The Village, many restaurants. The fine room & large bathroom. Bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Fairly clean and quiet hotel in The Village district.

Everything was very comfortable from staff, who were smart, to the charming location. Location close to - the centre of Toronto and restaurants in The Village. It was also just a walk down to church street. Appreciated our stay at this brilliant hotel, it was outstanding.

I liked the hotel. It was neat, staff were absolutely exceptional. They made my stay best. Glorious view, a spacious balcony, extremely comfy bed, too. The exceptionally good breakfast had a huge variety of meals and the food I tasted was yummy.
That air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Nothing too much trouble, I had a fairly nice stay. Comfortable décor, very very friendly staff, very comfy bed. My superior queen room had a safe box, a fireplace and central heating. Exceptionally good hotel, 0.5 km from Billy Bishop Toronto City airport.

exceptionally comfortable, very neat room and loyal staff, fine wi-fi. hotel was fairly clean. a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets were available there. it was a very nice stay, you could leave a car nearby. could use their free parking.

I had a PLEASANT stay, thank you so much! The bed was really comfy and it was great having a safe box, a stone fireplace and a work desk. Apart from that, a long-standing multilevel urban mall was 5 minutes away by driving.
